Recent Projects

While thinking about the upcoming holidays, I tried to imagine what type of art people might like to get. Especially those who have just gotten married or have family that has just gotten married. (I'm prone to marriage because of being a bridal consultant) My recent projects are great for those people wanting to give or to get something personal and creative.

My first project I used a picture of my and my boyfriend(because I really wanted another picture of us on my wall.) But this would be great for a wedding picture with the vowels and song lyrics behind it. It would be great for the newlyweds, the parents, and even the grandparents. I think a 16*20 would look great hanging up on the wall.

But what a great Christmas present! If you have kids this would also be a great present for the grandparents. Have the kids write something special for their grandparents and Send me the picture and the wording and I would make a terrific picture for everyone!

My other project was for a family and those "special moments" These pictures are great for those little moments that are caught on camera. Why not make a piece of art that everyone will be talking about for years?
When I have my grand opening for my etsy store. Custom items will be available!!! Just send in the picture and the wording and I will create a few different styles of pictures that you can choose from.
Along with custom items I will also be posting some of my photography which will be posted soon!!!

Starting Something New

What to do?!
This past year has thrown me some major curveballs. Although I think I have my head screwed on tight, I think I am getting myself into way more than I can handle. On top of taking 16 credit hours, working a full time job, and teaching, I am now attempting to start an online photoart store (which will hopefully turn into a full time gig and not a hobby!!!). Now I'm beging to ask myself "What the heck are you doing?!?!?!?" I have my mind set on starting this website and making it very successful within the next year(cross your fingers!). Lately I've been reasearching about etsy shops. Which I won't lie, they were the reason I'm really wanting to start this. But there is so much information out there, that it seems sooooo hard to be successful. Which I know I will be fine if I plan right. I really do believe in my products that I make and I am always willing to work with a buyer. I've been so excited about starting this but its starting to hit me with how much work it is. I just don't know where to turn now. I do have friends and family supporting me but they don't know much about what I am trying to do and most are not wanting to help me research and figure things out.

I think I'm in need of some help! Majorly!!!!!!
